Return & Refund Policy
At DesiWear, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable:
- Customized or special orders are not eligible for return.
- Partial advance (if paid) is non-refundable in case of order cancellation or refusal.
COD Orders:
- In case of COD refusal, future COD orders may be restricted.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Damaged/Wrong Product:
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
